In 10 professional seasons Zaire currently has been a part of winning 8 championship titles, Winning every trophy possible in the BBL from team championships to Player of the months, and winning both league and finals MVP, In the NBL he won D1 league MVP back2back and he has now made the decision to retire from playing professional basketball at the end of this season

Zaire Taylor commented: “I feel like I had a great run, and all good things must come to an end.  These days I’m more passionate about working with the youth and developing talented players .  I was contemplating retirement after last season, but not having the opportunity to share my last season with all the Worthing supporters and play in front of the amazing crowd we have at the Thunderdome just didn’t feel right.  Also after being on great teams and being able to win championships thru most my career, I want another chance to try and end on top as a champion”.
