NBL D1 all-time points scorer joins Thunder

Worthing thunder are pleased to announce the signing of league veteran point guard Bode Adeluola.

Bode who has spent the last 2 season playing for Thames Valley Cavaliers and averaged 21.3 points per game last season.

Prior to this he spent an impressive 10 seasons at Hemel Storm where he averaged 17 points per game. Adeluola is the current NBL D1 Men’s all-time point scorer and looks to add to his lead this season with Worthing.

We look forward to welcoming Bode to Worthing for the upcoming season.

Bode commented “I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining the Worthing Thunder this season! It’s truly an honour to become part of such an amazing storied franchise. I can’t wait to create unforgettable memories with everyone. Here’s to a fantastic season ahead!”

Zaire Taylor commented “I’m extremely happy to have Bode joining our roster. For years he has been a thorn in our side having so many amazing performances here at the Thunderdome. That includes a 40 point game, and I’m just excited for him to be able to bring that talent to our side. Most importantly he’s made it to several finals and is a champion in this league, and one of the things our team last year was lacking was more championship pedigree, he is also coming off one of his best individual performing seasons, so I think it’s an exciting time to be a Thunder fan.”
